In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

To register and use the aman69 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. aman69 strictly does not permit minors to register or access its services under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and non-human actors may not register accounts on the platform.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of any employee of aman69 or its associated companies.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, and you accept full personal responsibility for determining the legality of online gambling in your specific location.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion program, whether imposed voluntarily or by any gaming authority, that covers the aman69 platform.

To access the paid services offered by aman69, you must complete the account registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested on the registration form. The following conditions apply to all registered accounts:

1. One Account Per Person. Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
2. Accurate Information. You are required to provide your real full name, date of birth, valid Indonesian National ID number (NIK), residential address, active email address, and mobile phone number. Information must match the identity documents you will be required to submit during KYC verification.
3. Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. aman69 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account arising from your failure to keep your password secure.
4. Notification of Unauthorized Access. You must notify aman69 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization.
5. Account Sharing. Sharing your account credentials with any third party is strictly prohibited. You must not allow any other person, regardless of age, to access your account or place bets on your behalf.
6. Contact Details. You must keep your registered email address and phone number current and accurate. aman69 will use these details for account communications, withdrawal confirmations, and security alerts.

aman69 is required to implement Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in compliance with internationally recognized anti-money laundering (AML) standards. All players must complete KYC verification before making their first withdrawal. aman69 reserves the right to request KYC documents at any stage of the account lifecycle.

The standard KYC documents required are as follows:

• Primary Identity Document: A clear, unobscured photograph or scan of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP). All four corners must be visible and the document must be valid (not expired).
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three months, confirming your registered residential address.
• Selfie Verification: A photograph of you holding your primary identity document next to your face, taken on the date of submission. The document must be fully legible in the photograph.
• Payment Method Verification: Where applicable, a screenshot or photograph of the bank account or e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) used to deposit, confirming that the account belongs to the registered player.

aman69 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals, restrict account activity, or close an account where KYC requirements are not met within a reasonable timeframe or where submitted documents are determined to be fraudulent or invalid.

Deposits to your aman69 account are subject to the following terms and conditions:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 50,000. Deposits below this t hreshold will not be credited to your account.
• Accepted Payment Methods: aman69 accepts deposits via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Processing Time: Deposits made via local bank transfer are typically credited within 30 seconds to 5 minutes. E-wallet deposits via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja are credited instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Currency: All deposits are accepted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). aman69 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any conversion costs are the sole responsibility of the player.
• Third-Party Deposits: Deposits made from payment accounts not registered in the player's own name are strictly prohibited. Any such deposit may be reversed, and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.
• Deposit Limits: Players may set voluntary daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via the Responsible Gaming tools in their account settings. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase is subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Failed Deposits: aman69 is not liable for deposits that fail to arrive due to incorrect transfer details provided by the player, payment provider outages, or banking system delays outside our control. Withdrawals from your aman69 account are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum single withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000.
• KYC Requirement: Withdrawal requests will only be processed once your account has passed full KYC verification as described in Clause 4. Unverified accounts may deposit and play but may not withdraw funds.
• Same-Method Policy: Withdrawals will be returned to the same bank account or e-wallet used to make the most recent qualifying deposit. aman69 reserves the right to request additional verification if withdrawal is requested to a different payment method.
• Processing Time: Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 minutes of approval. In exceptional circumstances, processing may take up to 24 hours. Withdrawals are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Indonesian public holidays such as Idul Fitri and Indonesian Independence Day.
• Wagering Requirements: Where a player has accepted a bonus, the applicable wagering requirement must be met in full before withdrawal of bonus funds or associated winnings is permitted. See Clause 7 for full bonus terms.
• Withdrawal Fees: aman69 does not charge a fee for standard withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which aman69 accepts no responsibility.
• Withdrawal Limits: Maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction and per calendar day are published in the Cashier section of the platform and may be updated from time to time with reasonable notice to players.

aman69 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published on the individual promotion page:

1. Eligibility. Bonuses are available to players who have a fully registered and verified aman69 account. Players who have self-excluded or whose accounts are under review are not eligible for bonuses.
2. Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise, all deposit bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount. Free spin winnings carry a wagering requirement of 20x. Wagering must be completed within 14 calendar days of the bonus being credited, or the bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited.
3. Game Contributions. Not all games contribute equally toward meeting the wagering requirement. Slot games (excluding progressive jackpot slots) typically contribute 100%. Live casino table games and bandar bola (online football bookmaking) markets contribute at lower rates as specified on the promotion page. Progressive jackpot slots contribute 0%.
4. Maximum Bet Rule. While a wagering requirement is active, the maximum permitted bet per round or per sports market selection is Rp 500,000. Placing bets above this limit while a wagering requirement is outstanding may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
5. Bonus Abuse. aman69 monitors bonus activity for patterns indicative of abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting strategies designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine risk, coordinated play between multiple accounts, and use of bonus funds across markets with near-certain outcomes. Where bonus abuse is identified, aman69 reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and suspend the account.
6. Seasonal Promotions. aman69 runs promotional campaigns tied to Indonesian cultural events including Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, Nyepi, Imlek (Chinese New Year), and the 17 August Indonesian Independence Day. These promotions are subject to their own specific terms, which will be published in full on the promotion landing page for the relevant campaign period.
7. Modification and Withdrawal of Bonuses. aman69 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time. Where a bonus has already been credited and wagering has begun, aman69 will provide reasonable notice of any material changes.

All bets placed and games played on aman69 are subject to the following general rules. Specific rules for individual sports markets, casino games, and other product verticals are published in the relevant product section of the platform.

• Bet Confirmation. A bet is only deemed accepted once you have received an on-screen confirmation reference number and the bet is visible in your transaction history. aman69 is not liable for bets that were not successfully submitted due to connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Odds Changes. Odds displayed at the time of bet placement may change before the bet is confirmed, particularly in live in-play markets. If odds change between your selection and confirmation, the platform will notify you of the new odds and request confirmation before the bet is placed.
• Void Bets. Bets may be voided in circumstances including: cancellation of the event, abandonment after fewer than the required number of minutes of play, data feed errors resulting in clearly incorrect odds, or discovery of irregular activity affecting the integrity of the event.
• Mix Parlay. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win for the bet to return a payout. If any single selection in a mix parlay is voided, that selection is removed from the accumulator and the bet is recalculated with the remaining selections.
• RNG Games. All slot games, virtual table games, and number-based products including togel operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited for statistical randomness and fairness. Published Return to Player (RTP) rates represent the theoretical long-term statistical average.
• Live Casino. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheels) in a professionally operated studio environment. aman69 accepts no liability for outcomes resulting from studio technical failures beyond our reasonable control, though affected bets will be voided and stakes refunded.
• Maximum Payout. The maximum payout per single bet event is capped at Rp 500,000,000 unless otherwise stated in the specific product rules. Any winnings exceeding this cap will be paid at the capped amount.

aman69 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing tools that allow players to maintain control of their gambling activity. The following tools are available to all registered players at no cost via the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session. Upon reaching the limit, you will be automatically logged out.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period. Once the limit is reached, further play is suspended for the remainder of the period.

• Cool-Off Period: Take a short break from the platform for 24 hours, 48 hours, or 7 days without committing to full self-exclusion.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the aman69 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Creating or operating more than one account, whether individually or in coordination with others.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or misconfigured odds for financial gain. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a platform error are not valid and will be reversed.
• Colluding with other players, including through chip dumping in poker or poker-style games, or coordinated betting to manipulate market outcomes.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports corruption in connection with markets offered on aman69.
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy, or any other tool to misrepresent your geographic location or evade platform restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing aman69 staff or other players via any communication channel.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, aman69 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to access the aman69 platform.
• Loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of goodwill arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Services, whether planned or unplanned, including maintenance windows, force majeure events, or technical failures beyond our reasonable control.
• Actions taken by third-party payment providers, including delays, reversals, or failures in the processing of deposits or withdrawals.
• Any decisions made by sports governing bodies, referees, or event organizers that affect the outcome of a betting market, including but not limited to match postponements, score revisions, or disqualifications.

Where aman69's liability cannot be excluded entirely under applicable law, our total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your aman69 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

aman69 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, identity theft, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal instruction from a player's bank or payment provider.
• At the Company's sole discretion, where continued operation of the account is deemed contrary to the interests of the Company or its player community.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any bonus funds and associated winnings subject to outstanding wagering requirements or forfeiture) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any pending investigations.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 3 business days.

aman69 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via a prominent notice on the platform and/or an email to your registered address. Your continued use of the aman69 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision. If you do not agree with a proposed amendment, you may close your account before the amendment takes effect without penalty.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which aman69 holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognized arbitration body.

Nothing in this clause limits aman69's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent unauthorized use of its platform.

Players acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to legal restrictions in Indonesia, and accept sole responsibility for ensuring their use of the aman69 platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable to them in their jurisdiction of residence.
